- Limitation：橫斷式單一地區設計無法估計傳播發生率、時間順序或因果方向，且僅有 5 組伴侶動物—飼主配對、ST1193 伴侶動物菌株僅 5 株，plasmid 長讀序亦僅分析 12 株代表菌株。不同來源採樣與培養策略不一致、缺乏食品鏈與地理定位資料，且方法所述總樣本數 884 與各來源加總 904 不一致，均可能造成選擇偏差並限制外推性。
- Bottom line：札幌的 ST131 疫情主要由人類社區內多個 C1/fimH30 lineage 持續傳播，伴侶動物與可跨來源移動的 blaCTX-M-27 plasmid 可能構成次要但具臨床意義的家庭傳播環節，因此 AMR 防治需由醫院延伸至社區與人寵整合監測。
